Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model
Summonr offers subscription-based services with the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
- Subscription fees are subject to change with reasonable notice
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
1. SELF-SERVICE CANCELLATION: - Log in to your account - Navigate to your account settings or subscription page - Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
2. CONTACT SUPPORT: - Email us at support@summonr.fun - Include your account email and request to cancel
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period
- Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription
- Unsubscribing from emails does NOT cancel your subscription
3. Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period
- After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available)
- You will lose access to premium features and content
- Some data may be retained according to our Privacy Policy and data retention practices
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY:
Except as specifically stated below, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Lack of usage or partial months of service
- Dissatisfaction with the Services
- Unused time if you cancel before the end of your billing period
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
EXCEPTIONS:
We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that completely prevented you from using the Services and could not be resolved
- Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges)
- Other situations at our sole discretion
REFUND REQUESTS:
To request a refund, contact us at support@summonr.fun within 14 days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Downgrade Policy
If you downgrade your subscription plan:
- You may lose access to certain premium features
- Some data or content associated with premium features may become inaccessible
- The downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No refunds or credits are provided for downgrades
We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or features resulting from a downgrade.
6. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following additional rights:
14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving any reason.
HOWEVER, by subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You request immediate access to the digital content
- You understand that by starting to use the Services, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right
If you wish to exercise your withdrawal right before accessing the Services, contact us at support@summonr.fun within 14 days of your purchase.
STATUTORY RIGHTS:
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If mandatory local laws provide greater protection, those laws will apply.
